Abstract
A high regeneration potential of
Fritillaria dagana was developed from bulb scale sections on a medium В5 supplemented with 5μM BAP and 2μM NAA. A low temperature was needed for effective rooting of adventitious bulblets during cultivation. In vitro propagation of
Fritillaria dagana bulb scales is more effective than traditional methods and has a great importance for conservation of biological diversity. Subcultivation of adventitious bulblets on a medium supplemented with 5μM BAP and 2μM NAA provides a high multiplication rate, to conserve in vitro culture and to cultivate a long time without decrease of regenerative potential.
